What Are the Minimum Viable Constraints That You Need?
If you want to have a vibrant community, what should be going on? What should every single member of that community be expect to do? It might be something as simple as contribute to a discord conversation once a week. We only create the constraints we need to keep us on the rails, and no more than that. And we'll have more time for more rules, more structure, more agreements as we need them. But we're not going to do the most. We're going to doing the least that we need in order to see things emerge.
