The Goal Is the Goal

Everything for me is dependent on a goal. I don't care about their endurance at that point, or metabolic conditioning. The job is to put a ball a hoop. If i have an anefel player come in to jim, their goal is to be better at football. And if they're quarter back, that means throwing the ball further and harder. On the far end of the spectrum, you could have a person come into the gim and want to lose a hundred and fifty pounds.
