The only way which i see how it can be done is a complete reshuffling of the ucranian government system on all al the layers, starting from the regions up to the federal level. So that yet, as we also don't have an answer to the final gulfs of the aceration. We have been just hearing a lot of information about dentification, idemilitariation, ande making sure that ukraine is not, is not anti russia.
