The Importance of Trust in Selling

Kaplan: Trust is a force. It's like going against Shaquille O'Neal and thinking you could just play your normal game. You've got to bring in a different game. When I talk about trust has a tax. We typically have to pay some type of tax either when we get into the opportunity or maybe a tax that we've caused. A tax is a trust tax is there is a there is a weakness in this buyer's trust ability for us that we've got to overcome. That might be a tax because knucklehead sellers have come before us. And they're just kind of assuming I'm just another knucklehead at Kaplan.
