The Importance of Co-Regulation in Hypo
When you are in hypo, it is much harder. You have to actually be adding energy into the system to bring you back up. One of the places that can be really helpful to start is with something called co-regulation. And when somebody is in that hypo state, and they really are feeling low, having somebody there with you, supporting you, can be the first step.
