The Benefits of Multidisciplinary Team Simulation

I think in general, simulation training is probably less seen within the nursing culture. I feel comfortable saying that every woman in my family is a nurse. And nurses are amazing. But just that idea of having them do simulations, it took a little bit to get them comfortable. We're honestly, sometimes I'm the person debriefing, and I learn more than they learn from me because we just have such an awesome team. That's awesome. So yeah, yeah, which is awesome.
