The number one law of collaboration is proximity. And when you're completely remote, right, the thing you don't have in a remote team isyou don't have a water cooler. So, what do you do about it? Well, you got to drive it. You got to create it through trips together, through things like CCC calls and so on. I mean, we've been doing this for more than three years. It's really powerful.
