Rhyme
Rhyme is the most common, or maybe at least most recognizable, sound effect. But there are also things like near rhymes, ye, or slant rhymes. Alliteration and consonance with n, a, n c, eandconsonance is a good exmple. A mummy's mummy was no common dummy.
