i look at my time at j c penny as a success. The three important things i learned was, number one, the importance of not losing your corp customer right and critical strategic mistakes made. You have to eliminate communication filtres between the c o and the front line. Sometimes in management, we don't know who our audience is. Andi feel great about some of the very hard work committed talent to people that i met while i was there.
