I noticed that you did some stuff with Ronald McDonald's house and soccer coaching. A lot of that really helped from the standpoint of being in situations that you're not paid to be in. Salespeople don't do that. So a lot of thatreally helped me because it helped me understand that, okay, why am I being a soccer coach? It's kind of a different thing. But at the end of the day, I started learning how to motivate people without being able to pay them.
