Leveraged High Yield Bond ETF

Bloomberg's Henry Jim suggested a leveraged high yield bond ETF. He said obscene yields. And he said not daily performance leverage, but actually borrowing. His ticker symbols would either be trash, T-R-S-H, or J-N-K-Y,. Any thoughts on those?
