Defining the Epistemic City
Technology is high jacking our limbic system, or our paleolithic emotions and brains. And daniel's concerned about how the social media platforms are breaking the epistemic city necessary for democracy. So i would say that the way we're trying to solve the problems is actually mostly impossible. It either sol s it in a very narrow way, while externalizing harm and causing worse problems,. Or makes it impossible to solve at all, because it drives polarization.
