In babylonian astrology, as jupiter and venus get closer together, it triggers a series of predictions. When they reach a certain level of proximity, there will be rule of destruction involving the king of a mooroo. And either the enemy will send a messenger or a soldier will be sent to the enemy asking for peace. This is good news for us, but it's bad news for the parthians who lived in that time.
