Kathy Heckle and Lloyd Groves
Kathy Heckle was having an affair with Lloyd Groves. Another lover, the guitar man Dennis Taylor, said Kathy had told him all about that unraveling affair. We know that Lloyd did not want the relationship to end. And he specifically wanted to meet for lunch on that day. According to witnesses, Groves was back at the plant sometime between two and three that afternoon.
