Young people need to know that absolutely nothing about right now is normal. They need to prepare themselves to not know, and they have to handle that. One of the best things would be to a grapple with uncertainty together. Why can't you know if it's going to rain at three o'clock or three 15 this afternoon because of the way the clouds form? This is like a daily practice that they could do, as what youhad saidof what do i know? It's to day. What don't i know? I'm at the end of the day to spend five minutes thinking about something you didn't know was going to happen that day. So see, you can practise this
