The Importance of Strength in Training

When I first started using hip bridging and hip thrusts, within about maybe four to six weeks of doing it, my sprinting had changed. And then when I took my hip thrust up another 100 pounds later, it didn't help at all. So yeah, that's definitely why I, I was kind of almost rehashing in my own mind like that. This is, that we're so muscle centric in the gym setting that just simply by watching joint motion could be a huge shift in how somebody coaches.
