If you decide to pivot or stay the same, but if it goes really well with that one, then you can then you can expand. A friend of mine, a Janice Torres, who has the Yo-Kiro D'Nero podcast,. She didn't do both right away. She did one and then she expanded into the other. Once you start YouTube, remember it's not just videos. You're going to be doing live streams. You may be doing subscriber only content for your channel subscribers.
