The Importance of Prioritizing Live Data

I think it's a good reminder that, you know, when everything is an incident, nothing is an incident. We really actively prioritize the live data once we realized that was a concern. I feel like incidents are like the best form of onboarding. It's definitely going to go in the new hire training. The biggest changes that we're making around the incident are more around how do we design systems to better degrade?
