In 2014 at SmartSIP i took one of the first ever outreach demos it was like a revolutionary technology they were presenting pricing off of a powerpoint presentation. I think if there's anything that i would recommend people improve its business acumen because if you can have a business conversation with somebody about what challenges where the economy is going then you'll find the problems. If you're just going through Bant or medic you know you're going through the motions just looking for whatever that next step is and you're going to miss out on the chance to really have an impact and really help people.
