What Is the Driving Motivation in Christian Ministry?

Hebrews 13 gives us this glimpse of the d amic of christian leadership as workers for the joy of the flock. The church, for its part, wants its leaders not only to work hard, but happily, without groaning. Christ gives leaders to his people for their gain. Not that we lord it over your faith, paul says, but we work with you for your joy.
