I think being afraid to die motivates a lot of people. But how many 600 pound people do you see alive at 80? Or even 70? I feel like really important things in life, life and death things, we have to be brutally honest. We have to talk the truth because it doesn't do any good to tell people who are three, four, five hundred pounds that it's okay. And one is people have really stigmatized healthier looking bodies. They might look healthy, but they really might not be. So if I know people in my circle that are in healthier bodies that will lay judgment really quickly on somebody - as a society, we are big at that is not good
