The way i utilize that in my training is, that's why i train fast. A human growth hormon and testastron get pulsed up a little bit when you don't eat. So the last thing i want to do is blunt that harmonial response with the growth hormona, testastron by taking a post work out meal. By taking a post workout meal, all that's going to do is increase my glicogen. But i'm going to buill back glicagen anyway, regardless of whether i eat or not. I'm still going to replenish glicagen. It's just going to take a ltl bit longer.
