The Different Asset Classes Impacted by COVID
The pandemic obviously didn't impact all asset classes the same. So there's definitely a differentiation or separation between the different commercial real estate assets on how they were impacted by COVID. You know, hotels, which we primarily invest into, especially on the equity side. We were hugely impacted back in March of 2020. And our hotels were next to 0% occupancy because no one was traveling. But with hotels, fortunately, we never benefited from that compression of cap rates at a meaningful level.
