ideally it would be extremely helpful to get phospholipid arachidonic acid and EPA concentrations they're going to be in your red blood cells. don't know if they're available in Denmark that would be the ideal thing i wouldn't neglect retinoeic acid  i wouldn't neglect gut infections, tissue damage or any of the many other things you have to look out for.
