The Responsibility of Debt

With debt, I mean, do you care about your country? If you don't even care about your kids, your grandkids, if you're piling all those debt. And it's not like we're giving them an asset to go along with the debt. So they have to pay for the bridge that they get to use. But that's not what we're doing. We're borrowing money and just spending it. We're buying stuff. It's the bill for the party that we have. Now, how is that responsible?
