How to Speak English to Yourself
Luke says talking to yourself can actually be quite useful. It's just socially a bit more weird to essentially do is to speak out loud to yourself. But we know that the things we're talking about do work if you put yourself into them. A podcast could just kind of inspire you to talk to produce English yourself. And also, it could be useful to read the transcripts out loud.
