Afghanistan and the International Community

The food supply, the money, the health care system, the education are now grinding to a halt and may collapse because of e lack of aid. The tulebon also do not seem to have not made any gesture or any even the slightest movement toward the international community in a way that would enable them to provide assistance. I think our foreign are, western friends and including some of the regional ones really don't understand how the talibon thing can govern. They barely care about the leterages. Even their transformation from an insurgency and a military force to a government, they barely pay attention to that.
