I have continuously felt like forced reps are the biggest waste of time because, well, there's no way to standardize for progressive overload. In a force strip, more times than not, you're pushing very hard. At that point, when I see force reps, I don't see anything stimulatory about them compared to the amount of fatigue they're accumulating.
