The Role of Free Speech in Civility
Mark Antoine: Free speech in what I call robust civility is a better way to talk about our differences than trying to suppress that entirely by law and always bringing in the police. How do we make those public spheres that allows for that kind of counter speech? It seems to me that the development in the world is not the RRL, because it's online all the time,. But there's a tendency to bubbling that are not working like classrooms like that, but are working more like echo chambers.
