The Impact of a Capital Gains Tax Cut on ESPN

Disney has been pleasantly surprised by how well ESPN has done to its powerhouse. Berkshire Hathaway issued the class B shares last year, it wouldn't have been something we would have done except for the possible formation of a unit trust. So anybody owns the A stock and wants to split 30 for one this afternoon. I'm going ten please. If they cut the capital gains tax to zero we'll maybe get Charlies both though anyway.
