How Do We Change the Confession of the Church?

Do you haveany advice for those pastors who would seek to change their confession to something either more robust or more traditional baptist? Andi: Teach, pray, patience, visit, love, love your congregation. Your goal is to make them like christ. But don't just cause a civil war in the church in order to have a piece of paper in your deskis much, much, much bigger than that.
