Decentralization, I Think, Allows for the Sovereign Collective
In 19 13, the dominant player was the british empire. The americans, the russians, the germans and the japanese all slugged it out. And then, you know, it's like, like, the final four, like yet two isnt America and Russia slugg it out. So the good thing about that decentralization isr all the good things of the sovereign individual. But more than that, i think it allows for the sovereign collective.
