The History of Art Workers in Ugslavia
The limits of as work were tested, in a way, in uguslavia. The protection of art workers gets expanded from 19 54 to 19 74. Then we come to the third and the last period, where a from 19 74 to 19 91, that i call the unmaking of art workers, or disenfranchisement of art workers. Because under certain new laws, art workers become re defined as socialist enterpreners. And while we still have some kind social protection and security present at that time, it slowly becomes weightiner. And theth the question of art as being creative labor, special type of labor, that labor that can be protected, paid and so on
