"My job is to help that kid find his or her spark. That's my job," says Ari Fleischer, who teaches science at Denny's in Denver. "I can't be doing some outrageous thing. I got to do something simple with, you know, a glass of water and a board ... And when they see themselves going, whoa, wait, I could share that with my kids."
