Dolores Tucker Was a Powerful Presenter
Dolores tucker was the first black woman to hold a cabinet level position in Pennsylvania. Her career in state politics ended in scandal when she was fired for using her office for personal enrichment. She cofounded the national political congress of black women, and mixed with the likes of coreta scott king, jesse jackson and gloria steina.
