How to Write a Memoir

i can't remember so much about my own life lat alone. I think that's what gives me pause, in terms of trying to think about what another person would have felt or considered when that person is different as well now. So i think it's deceptively difficult, jomre, to write. But i wanted to get into the podcast aspect. You mention that you wrote this as a podcast first.
