The martial spirit that Zarathustra wants to recapture is that of the blind beasts and it's that of master morality. This is how the warlord ruled in the dark ages of Europe. But we now have liberal institution and we live in a post-Enlightenment society. So if you try to say that I'm the uber-mensch and I'm a blind beast, you're going to go to prison. You're going to be a gangster or a mobster or something like that.
