The Power of Non-Linear Storytelling

D&D is very much player driven, which if I was to translate that into a book, it's really driven. The books that I love the most are ones where I kind of just come in where I want to. In my mind, that's where I had D and D as a book,. But inside the book, you've got a chapter, which is each like character, each person sort of thing. It's kind of like a book within a book. And I don't know whether you'd need a higher level structure of that or not.
