Women's Choice in the Workforce

There's two ways that making it more difficult to be an independent can impact women. One is if you make it more difficult for organizations to work with you, like in california am. The other way is when platforms like etsi or caradot com provide flexibility of work to those who need it. Those type of challenges could disproportionately hinder woman's participation on these platforms and in the labor force in general.
