The Subjective Unconscious: A Tethering to Neurosis

I was basically reading this seminar alongside Anti-Etopus. It seems that the perennial problem for psychoanalysis, at least as I see it, has been to square the circle of how do you get from any unconscious repression to a sort of social repression? And so in the subjective unconscious section here, the one thing that really stands out to me is the focus on neurosis. The dimension of the subjective unconscious is this kind of tethering to neurosis and even an obsessional neuroticism.
