A Poem About the Essence of a New Year

Praying in the morning is a really grounding ritual for me. Ritual of how to celebrate beginnings, how to clear the house are also important. I can't always write, but i can read,. especially the turkic is much easier for me. So i do translation as part of that, being part of that community of writers and thinkers. That's a way to keep tetherd to something that's mercurial in changing and transforming. Am, we, i don't know if my culture's flying away. I think it's inside me.
