Melatonin is something that your body manufactures like glutathione, for example. Some people say it's unwise to supplement it exogenously because it's going to signal your body to down-irigulate its own production. As you get older, you just produce less of it, no matter how much blue light you avoid and what a good boy or girl you are. So melatonin use for me I probably use it just at home. It works really well.
