How to Motivate Yourself to Work on Chess

I'm actually playing some chess as well. Getting back into the arena in 10 days, going to Spain for a new open tournament. I will be also perhaps there with my student who is playing my current and his future student at the university. And maybe I'll do some recruiting as well. So I'm excited about that. Now I'm more or less trying to find ways to motivate myself to work on chess. You should recruit too. Oh, there I know that should be interesting.
