In the 1990s, Dugan founded a movement that united far left and far right ideologies. They were violent in its ideology opposed to liberalism under Yeltsin. The moment that Dugan becomes more important really comes in 2014 when all of a sudden these views about clash of civilization really come to a head because Russia annexes Crimea.
