i think that view, first of all, is fading to some degree in the population. The main street politicians still cling to that pretty strongly. That incites action, and that incites a need to be the international policemen. Its almost like that is driving policy no matter what we do. And whether it's the psychiatrist's couch or something else that shifts the mind frame,. i don't see how it changes, unless the mind frame changes.
