Is It a Windows 7 Issue?

The issue is mainly that windows, if a programme tries to use a d l l and it can't find it, it'll look in the system level directory first. The default behavior on window seven was for it to basic use your path to search. There's an extenyes, there's always the extended. If you have the extended, it's good till 20 20, i think. Ys am, but, yesis still kind of weird to report in issue in windows seven and 20 19.
