Diversification for Multifamily and Other Asset Classes

There are other real estate properties you can buy, not multifamily apartment buildings. We're looking at diversification for us and our investors in other asset classes, such as Flex Industrial. And we've actually acquired apartment complexes that had some self-storage onsite. So if you've got that self-storage skill or tool in your toolbell, there's ways to bring those two things together.
