Authorities identified the man as Alex Pretti, an ICU nurse at a VA hospital. Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem said Pretti was armed when he approached agents, while Minnesota leaders continue to call for immigration enforcement to end as they say fear is growing in the community.
