Is There a Way to Explain Morality and Morality?
"I think it says something about the psychology of, you know, this is me off. Because I know they're just trying to get to Dunkin' Bonnets," he writes. "Can we actually do that simply in legalistic non moral terms? If we're talking about hostility, don't we always get back to morality?" It could be the case that morality and the law are distinct, even if psychologically we are bound to feel the force of the law via moralization.
