What About Justin Twine?

The U.S. Marshals task force arrested Twine on an unrelated warrant. When they arrested him, they found all kinds of room service, hundreds of dollars worth of room service that had been ordered on Jim's credit cards. And the story that the front desk clerk had given is that Justin convinced them that Jim was his uncle and was there at the hotel with him but was having Justin pay for everything with the credit card.
